ITALIAN MEATBALLS

Ingredients 

  • ½ pound ground beef (75/25)
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, plus more for serving
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. COMBINE the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, spices, salt,pepper, and Parmesan and mix well.
  2. ROLL the meat mixture into medium-sized balls. Set aside in thefridge for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat .
  4. REMOVE meatballs from the fridge and add to the preheated
  5. Spray the meatballs with cooking spray and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes.
  6. SERVE with marinara sauce and more grated Parmesan.
