ITALIAN MEATBALLS

Ingredients
- ½ pound ground beef (75/25)
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese, grated, plus more for serving
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions
- COMBINE the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, spices, salt,pepper, and Parmesan and mix well.
- ROLL the meat mixture into medium-sized balls. Set aside in thefridge for 10 minutes.
- Preheat .
- REMOVE meatballs from the fridge and add to the preheated
- Spray the meatballs with cooking spray and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes.
- SERVE with marinara sauce and more grated Parmesan.
