LAMB SHAWARMA  SKEWERS

Ingredients 

  • ¾ pound ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander seed ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 bamboo skewers (9 inches)

Instructions

  1. COMBINE all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. SKEWER 3 ounces of meat onto each stick, then place in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  5. Set 380°F (190°C)set time for 10 minutes,adjust time to 8 minutes
  6. SERVE with lemon yogurt dressing or by itself.
