PEPPERONI MINI PIZZAS

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (7 inches) Olive oil, for brushing
- 3-4 tablespoons marinara sauce
- 5-6 slices pepperoni
- 3 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat to 320°F (150°C)
- BRUSH the top of the pizza crust with olive oil.
- PLACE the pizza crust in the preheated and cook for 10 minutes at
- 320°F (150°C).
- ADD the marinara sauce, pepperoni slices, mozzarella, and Parmesan
- 5 minutes before cooking is finished.
