CHICKEN TIKKA DRUMSTICKS

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1½ tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon garam marsala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 chicken drumsticks
Instructions
- COMBINE everything except chicken into a bowl and mix.
- SOAK chicken legs in the coconut marinade and toss until legs arewell covered. Marinate for up to 1 hour.
- Preheat to 350°F (170°C)
- REMOVE the chicken legs from the fridge and put them into the preheated
- COOK at 350°F (170°C) for 20 minutes.
- SERVE with steamed basmati rice.
