CHICKEN TIKKA  DRUMSTICKS

Ingredients 

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1½ tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam marsala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 chicken drumsticks

Instructions

  1. COMBINE everything except chicken into a bowl and mix.
  2. SOAK chicken legs in the coconut marinade and toss until legs arewell covered. Marinate for up to 1 hour.
  3. Preheat to 350°F (170°C)
  4. REMOVE the chicken legs from the fridge and put them into the preheated
  5. COOK at 350°F (170°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. SERVE with steamed basmati rice.
