CRISPY TOFU

Ingredients
- 8 ounces firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- TOSS the tofu, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together in a
- shallow bowl. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat to 370°F (180°C)
- DRAIN the tofu of the marinade and then toss the tofu in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- PLACE the tofu into the preheated
- Set 360°F (170°C) adjust the time to 18 minutes
