HOMEMADE  TORTILLA CHIPS

Ingredients 

  • corn tortillas (6-inch), cut into 8 pieces each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Salsa, for serving

Instructions

  1. CUT the tortillas in half, then each half into quarters, making a total of 8 pieces per tortilla.
  2. Preheat to 300°F (150°C)
  3. TOSS the tortillas in the olive oil and salt until all the chips are well coated.
  4. PLACE the tortillas chips in the preheated and cook for 8 minutes at 300°F (150°C).
  5. SERVE with salsa.
