- ¾ pound ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander seed ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 bamboo skewers (9 inches)
- COMBINE all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- SKEWER 3 ounces of meat onto each stick, then place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- PLACE skewers into the preheated
- Set 380°F (190°C)set time for 10 minutes,adjust time to 8 minutes
- SERVE with lemon yogurt dressing or by itself.
