CORNMEAL CRUSTED FISH TACOS

Ingredients
- 1 pound tilapia, cut into
- 11/3-inch thick strips
- 1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Corn tortillas, for serving
- Tartar sauce, for serving
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- CUT the tilapia into 11/3-inch thick strips.
- MIX the cornmeal and seasonings together in a shallow dish.
- COAT the fish strips with the seasoned cornmeal. Set aside in the fridge.
- Preheat to 350°F (170°C)
- SPRAY the coated fish liberally with cooking spray and place them in the preheated
- Set 370°F (185°C) adjust time to 7 minutes. .
- SERVE the fish on corn tortillas with tartar sauce and a squeeze of lime.
