- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pre-made pizza dough (7 inches)
- 1 ounce low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices smoked ham
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1½ tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- BRUSH olive oil on top of the premade pizza dough.
- ADD mozzarella cheese and smoked ham onto the dough.
- Preheat to 350°F (170°C)
- PLACE the pizza and cook for 8 minutes at 350°F (170°C).
- After 5 minutes and crack the egg on top of the pizza.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
