JERK CHICKEN  WINGS

Ingredients 

  • 2 teaspoons ground thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons allspice
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1-2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 380°F (190°C)
  2. COMBINE all spices and oil together in a bowl to make a marinade.
  3. TOSS the chicken wings in the marinade until wings are well coated.
  4. PLACE the chicken wings into the preheated
  5. Set 360°F (180°C) set time for 10 minutes
  6. REMOVE the wings and place on a serving platter.
  7. SQUEEZE fresh lime juice over wings and serve.
