KOREAN-STYLE  BEEF SKEWERS

Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon ssamjang
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 pound beef flap meat, cut into 1½-inch pieces
  • 2 wooden skewers, halved

Instructions

  1. MIX the ssamjang, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, andvinegar in a bowl.
  2. TOSS the cut beef into the marinade and marinate for 1 hour.
