KOREAN-STYLE BEEF SKEWERS

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ssamjang
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 pound beef flap meat, cut into 1½-inch pieces
- 2 wooden skewers, halved
Instructions
- MIX the ssamjang, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, andvinegar in a bowl.
- TOSS the cut beef into the marinade and marinate for 1 hour.
