PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED  ASPARAGUS

Ingredients

  • 12 spears asparagus
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 12 slices prosciutto

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 300°F (150°C)
  2. CUT off the woody ends of the asparagus spears and discard.
  3. DRIZZLE AND COAT the asparagus spears with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. WRAP 1 slice of prosciutto around each asparagus spear, top to bottom, and place into the preheated.
  5. Set 360°F (180°C) set time for 10 minutes
