BREAKFAST PIZZA

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (7 inches)
  • 1 ounce low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices smoked ham
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1½ tablespoons cilantro, chopped

 

Instructions

  1. BRUSH olive oil on top of the premade pizza dough.
  2. ADD mozzarella cheese and smoked ham onto the dough.
  3. Preheat to 350°F (170°C)
  4. PLACE the pizza and cook for 8 minutes at 350°F (170°C).
  5. After 5 minutes and crack the egg on top of the pizza.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
